Refunds

Digital products

We do not offer change of mind refunds on digital products once the download has been accessed. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy. Email daniel.enright6@gmail.com and we will sort it.

Lessons

Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your session, as many times as you need. Inside 24 hours the session is counted as used, because the time was held for you and nobody else could book it.

If you do not show up and have not told us, the session is used.

If a session is cut short by a technical fault on our end, you get that time back or a full refund of the session, your choice.

Lesson blocks

Unused sessions in a 5 or 10 lesson block can be refunded at any time. The sessions you have already taken are charged at the single lesson rate and the balance is returned.

Nothing here removes your legal rights

Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are automatic and cannot be signed away. Nothing on this page is intended to suggest otherwise.
