Sample licence

This covers every sample pack sold by REXO. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What you can do

• Use the sounds in your own music, including commercial releases, with no royalty owed and no attribution required.
• Edit, chop, pitch, layer and process them however you like.
• Use them in tracks you release, sell, stream, licence to film or games, and play out.
• Keep using them forever, worldwide, on any project you make.

What you cannot do

• Resell, share, or give away the samples as samples, in whole or in part.
• Include them in another sample pack, preset pack or sound library.
• Upload the raw files anywhere, including private servers, forums and cloud folders.
• Register a track containing an unmodified loop with an automated content matching system as if the loop were yours. That generates false claims against other buyers who paid for the same pack.

Where the sounds come from

Every sound is made from synthesis or original recording. Nothing in a REXO pack is sampled from another artist's recording, another sample library, or a commercial release. That is a guarantee, not a disclaimer.

The licence is yours only

It is non exclusive and non transferable. It covers you, and studio or band mates working on the same project with you. It does not transfer when you sell a hard drive.
